Superconductivity in the doped quantum spin liquid on the triangular lattice

چکیده

Broad interest in quantum spin liquid (QSL) phases was triggered by the notion that they can be viewed as insulating with preexisting electron-pairs, such upon light doping might automatically yield superconductivity. Yet despite intense efforts, definitive evidence is lacking. We address problem of a lightly doped QSL through large-scale density-matrix renormalization group study $t$-$J$ model on triangular lattice small but non-zero concentration holes. The ground state consistent Luther-Emery power-law superconducting and charge-density-wave correlations associated partially-filled charge stripes. In particular, are dominant both four-leg six-leg cylinders at all hole concentrations. Our results provide direct evidences naturally lead to robust

Spin liquid phases for spin-1 systems on the triangular lattice.

Motivated by recent experiments on material Ba3NiSb2O9, we propose two novel spin liquid phases (A and B) for spin-1 systems on a triangular lattice. At the mean field level, both spin liquid phases have gapless fermionic spinon excitations with quadratic band touching; thus, in both phases the spin susceptibility and γ=C(v)/T saturate to a constant at zero temperature, which are consistent wit...

Quantum electric-dipole liquid on a triangular lattice

Geometric frustration and quantum fluctuations may prohibit the formation of long-range ordering even at the lowest temperature, and therefore liquid-like ground states could be expected. A good example is the quantum spin liquid in frustrated magnets. Geometric frustration and quantum fluctuations can happen beyond magnetic systems. Here we propose that quantum electric-dipole liquids, analogu...

A Mechanism of Spin - Triplet Superconductivity in Hubbard Model on Triangular Lattice : Application to UNi

We discuss the possibility of spin-triplet superconductivity in a two-dimensional Hubbard model on a triangular lattice within the third-order perturbation theory. When we vary the symmetry in the dispersion of the bare energy band from D2 to D6, spin-singlet superconductivity in the D2-symmetric system is suppressed and we obtain spin-triplet superconductivity in near the D6-symmetric system. ...
